Yes, it's a CHIBI. Yes, I had fun making this. Yes, she's based off Dream the 1/2-mew.

Birthplace: Sinnoh, family moved to Destiny Town at 5 (or began the DayCare on route 2, whichever is more useful)
Personality: Gullible, Tired, Cheerful, Talkative
Bio: Dream’s mother was a victim of Darkrai’s eternal sleep right before Dream was born. After all hope was seemingly lost, Cresselia herself appeared to save her. As a result her parents named her Dream to remember the event.
Dream has always been a cheerful, half-awake sort of girl. Her parents were hesitant to send her on her own journey, but decided to after she was given Moon. Being a “more water can go in the glass” sort of person, Dream intends to see Cresselia herself when she is done with Solstius.

Okay, so I was doing this and I was like, "gee, she's more like Sylveon than Cresselia (oops, spoilers). What ev's, I like her. She's cool." Hence, her middle name is Silvia. I might give her a Sylveon later in the RP. At the same time, since she's associatd with Dreams and whatnot, I wanted to give her an Umbreon. Pfft. We'll see what happens.

I'll upload her trainer-maker design later, I just wanted to do this first to make sure I could draw her.
